In preparation for the new season and to get GMS (RFUs player registration and website systems) updated, we request ALL players to ensure they have access to GMS.
To log into GMS please select this link: https://gms.rfu.com/GMS/Account/Login - you will require your username and password. If you haven't logged in before you may need to email gms@rfu.com to have your password reset.
When you become active on GMS, the club can send emails directly from the system with any updates. Once players have accessed GMS they will be in full control of their personal details and profile (for the club website).
If you visit http://www.baildon-rugby.co.uk/teams/baildon/8263/players you can view player stats (1st XV for 2019/20) as well as match reports etc. This will be the hub of all communications in the future. Next season
When the season commences, all memberships will be arranged via the GMS system (not Pitchero). In the meantime, we request that you continue to make monthly payments via your chosen method (Pitchero or GMS) as memberships are based over a 12 month period, not during the season. If any player requires to take a payment break, due to their personal circumstances, the club will be understanding. Simply contact Phil Wilson (phil.wilson@baildon-rugby.co.uk or 07850 602096) who will confidentially manage this process for you.
