In accordance with Club rules, I give you notice that the Annual General Meeting of Baildon RUFC will be held at the Clubhouse 7.00pm on Monday 21 July 2025. Notification has been issued via the club website at www.baildon-rugby.co.uk. Please visit this website and sign up as a member to ensure you receive the up- to-date information on all club news, events, fixtures, match reports and more.
Only paid-up FULL members of the club are entitled to a vote at the meeting. No other business will be heard without prior notification.
Nominations are invited in respect of Club Officials as outlined on the enclosed report. Should you wish to make a nomination please obtain written permission of the nominee, a seconder and return the slip to me before Friday 19 July 2025.
Last years AGM minutes and this year’s Financial Report will be available to view at the Rugby Club. I hope you will be able to attend.
