Oliver is one of those players that when cut in half, you’d see Baildon running through his veins. All he ever wants to do is make sure that anything we do is designed and implemented to the betterment of the club. Asking Ollie to step up into a leadership role for this was a real no brainer, he is respected by the players and leads from the front on all aspects for Baildon. It’s really exciting to see how he steps and grows into this role.
"Great to be involved with Grant, Harrison and Jonts. Playing along side those boys and learning from them in previous seasons to now being along side them to drive success in the rest of the team, is a real privilege.
I hope to bring a unison between all at Baildon, from juniors to second XV & first XV. We have a strong family club in a real special village and I hope to drive the club to new levels through a collaborative approach from all parties. As well as performing and influencing on the pitch of course."
