Age Grade Development Officer
- Ideally RFU L2/ERCA qualified or prepared to working towards
- Working with DOR on development of Age Grade Section
- Preparation and delivery of the development plan
- Introduce rugby to local schools
- Being the face of Baildon Rugby Club within local schools
- Increase playing numbers within Age Grade Section
- Liaise with all Age Grade coaches to ensure continuity of approach
- Assist with coaching sessions where required
- Term time and Sunday mornings
